| Additional: State tax 5.5% and Room Tax 4% assessed to each rental 25% of rental charges are due at time of reservation. Remainder of rent due 30 days before arrival, along with a separate damage deposit of $300 (returned in-full within 2 weeks of your departure if no damage is incurred.) Full refund if cancellation is made 60 days in advance or if lakehouse is rented for your week. | Rates are based on up to 8 persons in our home. Each additional person would be $100 per week or $25 per day to a maximum of 12 guests. |
